An international Oil Exploration and Production company requested assistance recovering a series of damaged IHS Kingdom projects. We analysed the current setup and realised that many of the projects had corrupt or orphaned SQL databases. Openstream was able to rebuild the damaged databases and recover working versions of the projects.
We then undertook a process to convert historical projects to 64Bit versions and upgrade the SQL servers. The process to a number of weeks whilst we action particular stages and worked with the subsurface team to ensure data quality. We then upgraded the version of Kingdom to the advanced version and setup Master Projects for data collaboration across the subsurface team.
